Epoxy Resurfacers & Quartz Floor Finishing

Description:

A & B Systems 1018 and 1014 are 100% solids, two component epoxy's, with sand and aggregate fillers. These systems are either skimmed-on or power troweled on.   A & B System 1018 is a 1/16" - 1/8" thick resurfacer.   A & B System 1014 is a 1/8" - 1/4" thick resurfacer. This material is also used in our Quartz Floor Finishing System. These have excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. Thickness based on number of broadcasts.

Application:			A & B System 1018 and 1014 are very effective coatings in meeting the demands associated with very heavy industrial flooring applications. Examples of usage: smoothing out rough rough spalled concrete, resurfacing concrete, excellent for steel plants and stamping plants. Quartz Floor Finishing is excellent for show rooms or high profile areas. These systems are also used for patching and do come in a patch kit.

Performance Properties:

All curing times are based on laboratory conditions. Temperature, humidity, etc. will vary curing times. Coverage 20 sq. ft. per gallon at 1/4" Compressive strength of 11,930 PSI

100% Solids Tensile strength of 5,974 PSI Cure time at 75º - Moderate Traffic - 24 hours - Heavy traffic - full cure - 48 hours

Color:	Colors are installed with both of these systems. Choose from any standard A & B Flooring colors. Many tweed colors available for Quartz Floor Finishing.
Advantages:	Attractive, seals concrete, prevents dusting, prevents oil penetration and staining. Very high abrasion resistant, increases cleanability, while prolonging life of concrete. Excellent for patching and is sold in a patch kit.
