A & B Flooring, Inc. systems 4000 is an oil free, clear moisture cured urethane, (single component polymer) for coating concrete floors. This coating has 40% solids content. It maintains a glossy finish while increasing light reflectivity. This coating is installed in layered coats of approximately 2-3 mils (dry film thickness) per coat. A & B Flooring recommends a three coat system for best results.

Performance Properties:

All curing times are based on laboratory conditions. Temperature, humidity, etc. will vary curing times. Coverage 300-325 sq. ft. per gallon (roller or brush) recommended 5 mils wet. Recoat 4-6 hours at 70º F Cure time: Light traffic 8 hours - Full cure 24 hours
